Same-day figure on paper

Point us through the place room by room, flag the stairs and tell us where a truck can sit — a firm number comes back that same day, in writing.

One flat rate, nothing bolted on

Pads, shrink wrap and tape already sit inside that figure, so nothing gets re-tallied after the ramp comes down.

Packing, some of it or all

Kitchens get dish barrels, closets get wardrobe cartons, and anything glass or stone rides in a crate we build to fit.

One lead from first box to last

Whoever sizes up your home is the lead on the truck and the one who runs the closing walk-through — no hand-off midway.

Real Dayton moves, real homes

Historic Oakwood staircases, downtown lofts by the Arcade, three-bedroom houses in Centerville, long hauls out on I-70 — every job here actually happened, and this is what Miami Valley neighbors said once our trucks pulled back onto Wagner Ford Rd.

Move type What customers mention
Historic-home stair carry Careful on tight Oakwood stairs, not a scuff on the rail
Downtown loft & apartment Elevator and COI handled without them lifting a finger
Full-house suburban move Flat price held exactly, crew never slowed down
Long-distance out of Ohio One crew loaded in Dayton and delivered down the line

The jobs behind the reviews

  • Walk-ups and narrow stairs in Oakwood, the Oregon District, and Old North Dayton
  • Downtown and University of Dayton apartments with elevator and COI logistics
  • Snowy winter move days with salted ramps and floor runners
  • Interstate loads out along I-70 and I-75 under our own authority

How Our Crew Runs a Move

  1. 1

Free quote — ten minutes, tops

We handle: Tell us how many rooms, whether it’s stairs or an elevator, and the nearest legal spot for the truck; a flat written price follows.

What helps most: Keep any building COI rules and elevator windows nearby — that’s what turns the number from a guess into an exact figure.

  2. 2

We nail down the date and access

We handle: Any freight elevator gets reserved and we clear curb space with the city, so the truck parks at your door instead of down the street.

What helps most: Line up the two dates — when you’re out of the old place and into the new one — and pass us the tighter of the two.

  3. 3

    Wrap & protect

We handle: Every piece of furniture goes under a moving blanket, upholstery gets shrink-wrapped, and bed frames and table legs come apart into bags tagged with their own hardware.

What helps most: Mark each box with the room it’s headed to, and carry papers, keys and anything small and valuable yourself rather than loading them.

  4. 4

Load, haul, set down & review

We handle: Whoever loads the truck is who unloads it — pieces land where you point, beds go back together, and we haul off the packing debris.

What helps most: Walk the place with the crew lead before the truck rolls off, while anything still left to fix costs you nothing.
